Toronto IBM Club News (June 1, 2010)
The Toronto IBM Club invites you to 2 exciting summer events coming very soon!
A pre-screening of the Twilight saga movie, "Eclipse" on Tuesday, June 29th and our annual Summer Family Picnic on Saturday, July 17th!
Ticket sales will start Today on Tuesday, June 1st at 11:00am.

Ticket Information
For the Summer Family Picnic, save $1 on each admission by purchasing your tickets on or before Friday, July 9th!
Purchase your Picnic tickets before Wednesday, June 30th and be entered into a draw for the early bird prizes.

The Toronto IBM Club Office
The TIC Office is located in the solarium off the employee cafeteria, Module E2, at 3600 Steeles.
Office Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 11am - 2pm
Internal Mail (*Only for Summer Family Picnic event)
Ordering Instructions:
With your request, please include a cheque made payable to "Toronto IBM Club".
On the back of the cheque write TIC Picnic, provide your IBM Serial Number and indicate the number and type of admission and lunch tickets that are required.

TIC Directors
Tickets will be on sale from all TIC Directors.
Cafeteria Sales
Tickets will be on sale outside the cafeterias of most IBM locations in the GTA in the weeks prior to the picnic. The schedule will be posted on the TIC web site shortly.
(Note: Consumers road location will have ticket sales avail in the 2nd floor lunchroom and 3500 by the IBM Security office)
Volunteers Needed (* Only for Summary Family Picnic event)
We need generous people like you to make this event a success! If you would be willing to volunteer
